Order & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include basic printing costs.
• Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD) for local orders.
• Orders are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.

Design & Files

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any design, logo, or image you submit.
• We are not responsible for copyright infringement in customer-submitted designs.
• Design files should be high resolution (300 DPI recommended) for best print quality.

Delivery

• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
• Express delivery: 1-2 business days (additional charges apply)
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume and location.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
• If there is a quality defect, we will reprint the order free of charge.
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
